CREDIT CARDS:
Amgad accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. In order to protect our customers as well as our merchandise, we utilize a number of security procedures. These procedures include address verification, voice authorization and conferences with the issuing financial institution, if necessary.
In addition to signing a Purchase Agreement, Amgad also requires a copy of Photo Identification which can be faxed or email to the attention of the Bookkeeper. For all card-not-present transactions, a copy of your credit card (both front and back) will be required. Where we cannot verify your information independently, you will be asked to participate in a conference call with the issuing bank. Amgad appreciates your patience, understanding and cooperation in this process as our merchandise is of high value and all precautions against fraudulent activities must be taken.
Please Note: Orders made by Credit Card will be shipped to cooresponding billing address. Billing addresses linked to P.O. Boxes will require a secondary shipping address where signature is required. Merchandise will not be released to client until funds have cleared with Amgad's financial institution, which may take up to 5 business days.
PERSONAL/CERTIFIED CHECKS, MONEY ORDERS AND WIRE TRANSFERS:
Payments made by personal check, money orders, or certified bank check will be transferred into Amgad’s account located in New York, NY. Personal checks and bank checks must be drawn at a valid U.S. financial institution. Personal checks must have the corresponding customer’s name on the front of the check. Amgad also requires a copy of Photo Identification which can be faxed or email to the attention of the Bookkeeper.

Wire transfer is the most effective and convenient way to purchase. When paying by wire transfer, the customer is responsible for any associated fees. For wire transfer information, please call 888.632.2583 x205.

SHIPPING:
Amgad uses a number of shipping methods to ensure prompt delivery of your order. In general, on orders less than $50,000, Amgad will ship using Federal Express Priority Overnight Insured. Delivery will arrive the following day and require a signature.
All orders will Include a shipping charge of no more than $50 and dependant on delivery lcoation relative to New York. Shipping charges on international orders (including Canada and Puerto Rico) are non-refundable. Although Amgad is familiar with international tariffs, it is your responsibility to ensure compliance with the laws with your country.
